I have tried both FNV Stutter Remover and FNV Tick Fix. Played around with the .ini on both of those mods and have used the default .ini files and the micro stutter is still present. I have a 60 FPS monitor and I am tracking the FPS via steam. When I'm idle in the pause menu my FPS is 60.
