I have the same issue, the LR4 reports cycle interrupted. I found that if the litter level is below the max line, like an inch of space showing, I have less issues. I was thinking it was a weight issue, I placed the LR4 in some cardboard to disable the weight sensors, but the problem still existed. Make sure the globe didn’t get jostled in shipping and is seated properly In the base. Keep your firmware updated. There was a light issue fixed with an update. My Persians and their long floaty fur seems to be an enemy of the sensors and causes cycle interruptions. That fix should be coming soon.
